The weather made it tough, the boats that left at 5 were already fishing before the wind started to crank, as a result the 730 boats couldn’t get all the way out where they wanted to go. Tons of fish but most too small to keep, going to rate it a not so good catch. I have pics from the boats that did leave at 5, slammed them. Marathon on the LMA and Charter on the MJ with our favorite people. All Haddock limits and equally as many Pollock. Plus on the MJ they caught a Porbeagle. Sue plans to smoke some of it, I’ll let you know how it came out. FINALLY the Bass are in. Last night they didn’t kill them but hooked up a bunch and 10 keepers( the slot thing sucks). They killed the Mackerel at the Isles of Shoals in the morning, just a pick in the afternoon. We are in full summer mode, 1/2 day, all day, evening trips and Fireworks cruise. All day is sold out until Monday, but room on other trips. PS morning(6/27) Mackerel is a slaughter.
