Weather was flat calm but overcast and dreary. Thankfully much better fishing. Hardly any dogs, Pollock showing up big time and Haddock tripled or quadrupled in count. The Pictures are from AB and a few from LAM( all day boat today) LMA had a scheduled day off. Haven’t heard from MJ, SCL or LV. AB killed them, not an April/May massacre but after the last two weeks we can call it better than excellent. They had limits on Haddock(90), 60 large Pollock and a 60” Porbeagle. The LAM had guys like Chris Pratt who caught 12 Haddock, 5 Pollock and 3 Cusk. He was for sure one of the high liners but the whole boat caught more than they have in 3 days collectively. Really good trip. Haddock back, dogs gone and Pollock showing up in big numbers and only middle of August. Fall is looking great. Still openings on the last public Whiting trip 8/20 and the marathon this Monday has rare room. Time to come fishing. Capt Les
