Just too many Pollock and they seem to get bigger everyday, some 25 pounders this morning, everything full so headed over to find more Haddock and Reds. Just so everyone knows, this fishing is extremely rare for such a long period of time. Every morning when we arrive there seems to be more of them and in a bigger area. The bright spot is unlike the Pollock massacres of 8-15 years ago, there’s plenty of Haddock and Reds for backup. If we need to we can get great trips in with just the Haddock but the Pollock are so much fun and none wasted, bags and bags of filets. Just give us the weather.
