Terrible winter, not as bad as 2015, but not far off. Windiest January ever recorded in Boston. If we would have continued to run after we ultimately closed January 12th 2025, we would have gotten out 2 days in all that time. So I guess a blessing we had a drydock this winter and had to haul the boat. It’s been tough working on the boats, but I’ve been assured we will be ready for opening day, March 21, 2025. Let’s hope for a break. Please note, charter contracts are due March 1st, please follow up by either canceling or confirming so we can open it up to the public, we have lots on hold and at the same time there are dates available that weren’t completely booked in 2024, those can be booked now. It appears regulations will be the same as last year if not more generous. It won’t be long now, opening day corresponding with first day of Spring. Capt Les
