After two months of the best fishing in decades, we finally had a bump in the road. From the middle of June it’s been excellent. Two days the sandsharks made it tough, one day of tide and two days of bad weather, including yesterday. Today was still a little rough but nothing like yesterday, fishing was fair. Next five days the weather looks calm, actually picks of the summer, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Mackerel still good at the Isles of Shoals and schoolies are plentiful on the right tide, some keepers. A lot of private Whiting trips this past week and once again, Fishark says “EPIC” !!!!! And he should know. We are running 6 Public trips for Whiting this Fall, check for info on here. Night trips are winding down, take advantage.
