Greetings everyone, we are in the heart of the season and things are busy. All day Haddock fishing has been better than ever. Only a few tough days due to tide and dogs since the middle of June. This past week we have crushed them every day and we have the best fillet crew on the coast, you get all the meat with no bones. The Merrilee Ann carries 5 crew counting the captain to always make your trip enjoyable and tangle free! They are highly experienced and have been with us for over a decade. The private Whiting trip yesterday on the AB with captain Nate was epic, most around the 100 mark per person and 20 over 4 pounds. Along with Pollock trips after the Haddock closure in late September we’ll be running public Whiting trips, stay tuned for info on those. Mackerel fishing at the Islands has been consistent and Whales are seen on many of the trips. Bass three nights a week, a keeper here and there, lots of action. 4 Fireworks trips left, every Wednesday.
