Looks like Saturday might be the only time we’ll get out for a few days. Sunday and Monday just too windy and rough, Tuesday and Wednesday the cold will keep us in port. Some ask why, with heated cabins and outside heated rails. Safety!! When it’s that cold the wind and waves must be almost calm. Less than 15 knots and less than 3 foot waves, Any more than that and we ice up. Water still extremely warm for beginning of January but that only helps so much when temps start in single digits. Tomorrow is looking better and better but check back here after 330 in case anything changes.
