Finally some good news, out today and the fishing was great, all pictures are from today’s trip, they are still fishing. 25-50(few with 70) big Reds and lots of Cusk to help out. Last Sunday, like most of the past 5 weeks, the trip wasn’t great. A hydraulic hose broke on the way out, rough once we arrived on the fishing grounds and the tide was brutal with the full moon, caught some fish but it was a tough day. Capt Phil who down plays the catch said great today, but not a massacre. That being said, last drop was the best so looking forward should be 👍. We are canceled tomorrow( Wednesday) due to the morning ice storm, running Thursday, Friday and Saturday for sure. Warming temps and no wind forecast. We are sold out Thursday and Saturday, room Friday and some room Sunday. Looking good after 5 weeks of terrible weather. We only take 50 this time of year to assure seats for everyone inside the cabin , so if you make a reservation and don’t show, future reservations will be required to pay in full prior to the trip. At this point we require deposits for 4 or more, 3 or less just your number. Fishark charters are with us again this summer, with specialty trips for Whiting, Reds, Flounder and Haddock. Check out his website for further information. More money, but less people and fishing with mostly pros. Click here to direct you to his website.

Capt Les, a rare post by me. Phil took over but running the boat today. Most trips are usually Capt Nate( AB) but occasionally Phil, Ed or Todd. Take advantage of this weather and fishing, who knows what the rest of the winter brings us.
