Definitely dropped off from the long stretch of incredible fishing, but still good. Yesterday a few people didn’t catch a keeper, but some had 12-limit. Today( Monday) better dispersed with average 8-12, both days Cusk and Reds to help out. Running 7 days a week and half days are in the schedule also. Capt Les
Yes, throw in half a dozen humpback whales playing and feeding around the boats most of the day. Excellent on the Haddock for 6 out of 7 boats, LMAIII had an off day, but still good(very good) and had a late start due to a medical on board. Capt Les
Good day, nobody with less than 5 Haddock, many with 10 and plenty of limits on both open boats( LAM Capt Fonz and LMAIII Capt Phil). Lots of Cusk to go along with the Haddock. Haven’t heard from the 3 six packs or Capt Pat on the LTAII Capt Les
But still excellent fishing with many limited on both the LAM and the LMAIII. 1/3 with limits, many with 8-12, just a few with less than 8. Six packs did well I assume, haven’t heard from them. Capt Les
Just the LMAIII and the three six packs. Limits on all boats, doesn’t get any better. Capt Les
Longest stretch of excellent fishing in a long time. Haddock Haddock and more Haddock. Weather and fishing is incredible, time to go fishing. Capt Les
It hasn’t been every boat, every day, but it’s been excellent fishing. Once again, I’m reporting on 7 boats, so it varies depending what boat, and what day. One of the six packs had a terrible day on Friday, the flagship( LMAIII) had a very slow morning on Thursday, but they rallied in the afternoon […]
Just keeps going
Looks incredible all week.
This is from Capt Phil, who says it’s just ok no matter how good it is. He’s on the marathon 30 miles out, but on his way home, just too many fish and the Haddock limits are huge Haddock, not a single one needed to be measured. Rest of the boats I’ll let you know […]
