6 boats out and it really depended on what boat you were on. 3 boats did excellent with limits, 1 did ok( plenty for dinner) and 2 boats did horrible, had some fish but nothing compared to the way it’s been. Why it’s called fishing and not catching. All boats out today, report this afternoon. We have 4 spots available tomorrow(Monday) on the All Day, marathon is sold out and all others are chartered. Tuesday/Wednesday and Thursday have room. SUNDAY Fish report 1600. It was rough, particularly in the afternoon. Made it tough to get on the fish but we managed to get it done. Not great, not terrible. Lots of the marathon guys had 8-9 Haddock, some only a few, mix in Cusk and Reds and not a bad haul. Trouble with this time of year is everyone is expecting limits. All day only had a couple with 8 or 9 but lots of fish, mix of Haddock, lots of Cusk and Reds. Had a group(half the boat) from Brown University and they out fished some of the regulars, and as rough as it was, hardly a seasick person on the boat and lots of newbies. Captain Justin said they were great and had a great time. Hope the bad weather doesn’t detour them from future trips, obviously smart kids, pretty sure they get it. Capt Pete on the LVII crushed them, lots of guys close to limit. Six packs had Redfish trips and excellent. Update after tomorrow’s trips @ 1500. All trips sold out or chartered. Tuesday next available room and we have two boats available if we get a few more reservations.
