Still feels like winter this morning but Spring is here next week. Time to book your trips if you haven’t already done so. We have two boats available and just added the second boat, so we have availability. Saturday is opening day for the public and we’ll have fish reports and information from Thursday and […]
Tough winter but we can see the light and we are in full gear getting ready to go. Charter contracts have all been sent and the deadline has passed. We are short a boat this Spring and a timeline for the new boat is up in the air, making it difficult for us, but our […]
lol this is brutal, like always I’m sure we’ll be ready for opening day on Saturday 3/21! stay safe and warm. Charter dates will be opening up next week sometime, I’ll post when we know for sure. Capt Les
Due to the incoming Nor’easter, the office will be closed Monday 2/23. We will reopen Tuesday 2/24 at 9am and will return any messages left on Sunday and Monday. Stay warm, stay safe, and let’s hope this is the last snowstorm of the year! ❄️❄️❄️
And still a bad one. We are staying on the dock getting things in tip top shape, tough with the weather but tenting and heating makes it impossible to dismantle and run maybe once or twice a week. Once our boats start, they go everyday weather permitting, so get the work done while we can. […]
Good news and bad, good news he’s in the crock pot and the bad news he predicted 6 more weeks of winter. Joking for any PETA advocates. Six more weeks of winter would put us right on traditional opening of Redfish season, so not so bad. Hoping the rodent is wrong. The harbor miraculously hasn’t […]
Win some, lose some, going to take this winter as a loss! You never know, 28 out of 31 days January 2023, sold out and killed the fish every trip, not so lucky January 2026! We are dealing with the harbor freezing over and the wind blowing constantly. Jefferies ledge bouy reporting 17’ waves, are […]
We will be open but not operating this week due to wind and cold. Believe it or not 30+ knots of wind predicted every single day and a few of those with bitter cold temps. We will update Friday on future trips next week. Hoping for the best. Stay warm and hope to see you […]
Believe it or not one of the nicest days in the last two months on the water. Seas 2’(flat calm) hovering around freezing(which is warm relatively speaking) and we’ll be home before the snow gets going 330-4! Report as soon as I know. Been a tough winter but Nate has managed to pick and choose […]
Little snow this morning, but light and should be gone before it’s time to drive home. Wind is light and seas on Jeffries are 3.6’ every 5 seconds. Not the best day but it’s middle of January in the Gulf of Maine. Tomorrow looks even nicer as far as seas go. I’ll report on fishing […]
