Haddock limits, not as many Pollock as yesterday, 8 birders aboard, supposedly some Puffins around. Looks like tomorrow and Saturday. Sunday is questionable at best. Just talked to Capt Rick Gauron in Key West with brother Phil, he said himself and wife Jerri might fly up to catch some of these Haddock, cheaper than buying […]
Fish report ASAP. we’ll get tomorrow (Tuesday) and Wednesday in with nice weather, rest of week not looking so good at this point, but that could change. Most room and best weather is Wednesday. 1400 CRAZY FISHING!!!! 53 anglers and Haddock limit, 750+ and 200 Pollock mixed in without going looking for them. Didn’t have […]
Office opens at 5am, boat leaves at 7! Still some spaces on Tuesday/Wednesday available! I’ll post as soon as I hear tomorrow on the fishing. Capt Les Jr
Glad we decided not to sail today or tomorrow, wouldn’t have thought twice in Sept or May, but it’s January and different world out there. Looks great Monday(sold out)Tuesday/Wednesday, room Tuesday/Wednesday. Pretty confident the Haddock will still be there, let you know Monday afternoon. Couldn’t guess on the Pollock, when they leave, they leave completely, […]
Plenty of fish, sold out boat but the weather won’t help us out. Next trip Monday 7am, office opens at 5. Gales all weekend but from the SW so when they quit it will calm down very quickly. Capt Les Jr
Could have got today in, but this time of year you have to be proactive and not take any chances. We will run as soon as we get a good weather day. Fishing is incredible. Capt Les Jr
Sadly we can’t get out for a few days due to gales, stay tuned here for next trip. We will run everyday that’s not rough or too cold. Fishing is ridiculous, never seen it so good for so long. Capt Les Jr
Out today and we do have some room tomorrow if you want to get in on this amazing fishing, Wednesday weather is questionable and will decide when I post today’s fish report. 1400 report! Haddock limit again(crazy), tons of Reds(150-200), never really had time to get to the Pollock, just 25, these Haddock aren’t leaving […]
Crazy fishing, if we don’t get one species we get another. Capt Tory started the day back on the Haddock, Up and down with very few discards, couple over 10 pounds with shoulders. All 52 anglers limited with 15 pp. The Reds are very close to the Pollock, hit them because no bite on Pollock […]
Pollock were there but had lock jaw, full of squid. Snagged a few but had to move deeper and over and try the Haddock. Bigger and more of them today. Most of the boat limited, those with 8, got the rest from guys with 25, high hook had 33, Stan. Some of the Frances Fleet, […]
